Shipping policy

Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 

• Bad Bonita Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost packages. If your package was marked as delivered by usps, but you did not receive it; you can contact usps.com or your nearest post office. Then, you can email us notifying what happened and we can open a claim with USPS— they take over after that. This is because they are the only shipping method we use and they are responsible for delivering your packages.
